Group Counseling in Bentonville, AR

Sometimes the most helpful thing is hearing someone else say, "Me too." Group counseling at Treetop Counseling brings together a small group of people working through similar challenges, guided by a licensed counselor. You get the support of a therapist and the understanding of people who truly get it.

How Group Counseling Works

Groups meet in person at our Bentonville office on NW Avignon Way. Each session is led by Ganiece Duhaime, M.S., LPC, who keeps the conversation focused, safe, and respectful. You share as much or as little as you want. Some people talk a lot in their first session. Others just listen for a while, and that is completely fine.

Groups stay small on purpose so everyone has room to be heard. What is said in group stays in group.

Why People Choose Group Therapy

It can be a more affordable option than weekly individual sessions.

You practice communication and connection in a real setting.

You learn practical tools from the counselor and from each other.

You realize you are not the only one going through this.

Why People Choose Group Therapy

Group therapy works well for people who want connection and support alongside their own growth. If you are not sure whether a group or individual sessions would be a better fit, reach out. We will talk it through with you and help you decide. There is no pressure either way.
